Cancellation or refund policy is approved on case-to-case basis at the discretion of the management. As per the guidelines provided at the initial stage it is the agreement between the clients and
company which has no effect with online payment services.
If the customer leaves DAR Training/Design/Management, before they complete their course training or service request, there shall be no entitlement to a refund of paid service fees.
Refunds, if applicable, at the discretion of the Management, will only be made to the debit/credit card used for the original transaction. For the avoidance of doubt nothing in this Policy shall require
them DAR to refund the Fees (or part thereof) unless such Fees (or part thereof) have previously been paid.
•In no event will DAR be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of the use, inability to use, or the results of use of this site, any websites linked to this site, or the materials or information
contained at any or all such sites, whether based on warranty, contract, tort or any other legal theory and whether or not advised of the possibility of such damages.
•The Company shall not be any way responsible or pay any compensation for any down-time that may occur.
Refunds: Virtual Engineering Design Instant Services
Virtual Engineering Design or training Instant Services are completely non-refundable & non- transferable under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Refunds:
Online Training / Project Design / Online Project Management Programs
Project Management programs are only Cancel & refundable 100% (with excluded payment gateway charges) if refund raised 15 days prior Project Management programs the commencement.
After 15 days and before 3 days prior to Online Training / Project Design / Project Management programs commencement, You will be eligible only for extend the Project Management
programs date ahead. Once our design online commence, we won’t be able to refund any amount for training and consultation programs.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, simply email us your details( order Id, Name, Phone No), including the reason why you’re requesting a refund. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to
constantly improve our quality of service.
